Your practice belongs to you.
This version stores checkmarks, lesson status and notes in your browser when storage is available. There is no account or cloud synchronization in the guide.
What is saved
The guide uses local browser storage for four session checkmarks, your timing-lesson status and bounded text notes. Existing checkmarks from the original guide are migrated to named sessions. They remain self-reported completion, not measured skill.
Export, import and deletion
Use the practice tools to download a JSON backup. It includes your notes: keep it somewhere appropriate. Import previews the backup before you choose merge or replacement. Merge preserves existing nonempty notes and fills blanks from the backup; replacement replaces all saved practice and notes.
Clearing this site's data in your browser removes local records. If a reset action is shown, confirm it only when you want to clear the guide’s saved records. Export first if you want to keep them. The custom domain and the original hosting address have separate storage; use a backup to transfer between them or devices.
What leaves your device
These lesson scripts do not upload your notes or request microphone access. The host receives normal website requests and may maintain provider-level logs. External music, source and reference links open services with their own policies. No commercial recordings are included in the practice tools.
If saving is unavailable
You can still read and practice. The tools explain when they cannot save. Export a backup before leaving if you have notes you want to retain. If stored data is damaged, it is not silently replaced by an ordinary edit; recovery actions require an explicit choice.
